Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and compile data for the preparation of project-related contracts e.g. subcontractor agreement etc.;
• Consolidate workers’ payroll documents to main contractor in compliance with contractual obligations;
• Maintain workers’ payroll record, contract / agreement files
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above;
• 1 year or above relevant working experience
• Experience in construction / building service industry is an advantage;
• Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word / Excel
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Cantonese;
• Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.
