Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for institutional review, College strategic plan, as well as planning of academic and administrative units
• Provide administrative and secretarial support for committees, as well as organise events and liaise with government departments and professional bodies
• Required to perform data collection and report compilation, and other duties as assigned by the Director

Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor degree or above
• At least 5 years’ relevant administrative working experience, preferably with experience in writing reports and minutes
• An appropriate level of IT skills, with experience in maintaining database an advantage
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently and commitment to quality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Executive Officer
