Job Description
Planning and Development Office
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for institutional review, College strategic plan, as well as planning of academic and administrative units
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for committees, as well as organise events and liaise with government departments and professional bodies
- Required to perform data collection and report compilation, and other duties as assigned by the Director
Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5 years’ relevant administrative working experience, preferably with experience in writing reports and minutes
- An appropriate level of IT skills, with experience in maintaining database an advantage
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently and commitment to quality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Executive Officer
