Job Description


Our client, a fast-growing venture capital firm with a global portfolio is keen to look for a seasoned HR and Administration professional to spearhead end-to-end HR and operation duties in its HK office. The firm's competitive and stable future offers limitless prospects to anyone who wants to join its team.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage daily office administration and facilities maintenance tasks, such as workplace safety, equipment maintenance, and office supply inventories.
  • Recruitment, payroll, MPF, year-end evaluation, medical insurance, tax declaration, and other HR-related activities.
  • Work closely with the finance department for invoice, payroll, MPF, and expenditure issues.
  • Vendor services and contracts are sourced, monitored, and reviewed.
  • Plan and coordinate in-house and off-site activities such as conferences, team-building exercises, and so on.
  • Maintain adequate approval procedures and paperwork by organizing and maintaining them.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistical planning.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience in HR, administration/operations, office management, preferrable in the financial services firms
  • Solid knowledge of the HK employment regulations
  • Proactive mindset and collaborative approach
  • Immediately available candidates will be prioritized.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
