Our client, one of the largest diagnostics and genetic testing company, providing genomic sequencing services and proteomic services. They are dedicated to hire a Procurement Officer to support the procurement team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide procurement expertise to negotiate with vendors for better terms and conditions
• Assist in tender process
• Maintain the procurement and tender file system
• Perform supplier evaluation periodically
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years or above of administration or procurement experience
• Preferably with standard knowledge in ISO 15189: 2012 and HOKLAS accreditation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel) with good documentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good in analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative, responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently
• High sense of cooperation and able to be a good team player
