Job Description

  • Prepare and review loan documents for Commercial Facilities
  • Liaise with legal counsels and marketing units to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work
  • Review loan operation procedures and streamlining workflow
  • Degree holder or above in Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in loan documentation and credit administration
  • Experience in commercial loans and syndicated loans will be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of loan documentation, procedures and relevant legal requirements

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Documentation (Commercial)
