Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Directors, handle both business and personal matters
Organize and coordinate business/social calendars and travel itineraries
Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively & independently
Maintain filing system and confidential information
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder with 2 years of working experience as Personal Assistant
Pleasant personality, willing to take initiative and a good team player, able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high team spirit to work with others
Well-organized, hard-working, detailed-minded, proactive with good attitude
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
