We are now looking for the right potential candidate to join our Recruitment Team to assist in day-to-day operations, included but not limited to:
- Support and experience the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from talent mapping, sourcing, application, and candidate management to actual screening
- Work closely with leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding on the hiring needs for each position
- Help to maintain recruitment records and other relevant recruitment metrics and reports
- Assist in special projects and physical/ virtual events
Job Requirements:
- Current undergraduates in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Good command of both spoken/ written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Passionate, driven, good interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn, detailed-minded and organized
- Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
