Main Job Responsibility

• To guide and assist visitors the proper use and operation of exhibits, and to perform operational duties on selected exhibits.
• To conduct educational programmes, workshops and guided tours for visitors
• To check the working status of the exhibits and to report exhibit breakdown and damage.
• To provide customer services to Museum visitors and answer enquiries.
• To assist in crowd control
• To perform other duties as required.

Requirement

• A permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
• Secondary 6 (HKDSE) or equivalent or above; studied at least one science subject in Secondary 6 is preferable
• Speak fluent Cantonese
• Proficient in English and Putonghua is preferred
• Mature mentality and possess good communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service in museum
