A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Job Description &  Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to Associate Directors and Senior Managers
  • Provide support to the team on administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks assigned by Associate Directors and Senior Managers
  • Coordinate appointments, physical/virtual meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Maintain diaries of supervisors for priorities, appointments and commitments
  • Liaising with relevant departments and clients
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Act as a backup for other secretaries who are on leave

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above plus formal secretarial training
  • Minimum five years of secretarial experience
  • Proficient in MS Office.  Experience with using O365 is desirable
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a plus
  • Project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skill
  • Mature, independent, well-organized, and self-motivated
  • Curiosity and hunger to learn – interest in building their understanding of the firm and its services, and in building their career in the region’s – and the world’s – largest professional services firm.
  • Skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Nice to have

  • Existing network of contacts that can be leveraged
  • Understanding of professional services firms (either through experience of working in one or by being a client of one)
  • Understanding of PwC
