An exciting opportunity to join our Transaction Services team has recently opened up in our Hong Kong Team!

A role you will love

  • Quality check and verify share transfers and other transactions related to corporate actions
  • Ensure share transfer accuracy and on timely manner
  • Handle internal and external enquiries regarding transfer transactions
  • Liaise and resolve the queries from our Offshore Team
  • Review documentation of corporate transfer and ensure transactions processed comply with regulations and compliance
  • Support workflow process and any projects related to share transfer
  • Comply with all applicable operation procedures and report any potential risk and suspicious transactions to line manager immediately
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by managers
  • Cross team support if required

What will you bring to the role?

  • Degree holder in Finance discipline, 1-2 years working experience
  • Experience on securities or banking operation is preferable
  • Strong problem solving & project management skill are preferable
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent speaking in English & Cantonese
  • Able to meet tight schedule
  • Working location: Kowloon Bay
