Job Description

Newly hospitality group, with a portfolio of 5 restaurants, to meet its expansion and growing business needs is currently seeking an experienced managerial for the role of F & B Operations Manager / Senior Operation Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to CEO
  • Monitoring and controlling group F & B business
  • Monitoring overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for current F&B projects.
  • Handling all licensing applications, renewal, and process follow-up matters
  • Handling new F & B project
  • Ensuring all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Controlling and supervising overall site activities and liaise with contractors
  • Gathering and analysing data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
  • Draft initial kitchen layout design plans
  • Gathering and analysing data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
  • Coordination of setting up the Microsoft Project system
  • Assist with creating and building analysis on sales, manpower costing, and project costing
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years or above solid experience in restaurant operations, preferably with pre-opening experience
  • Solid experience in the role of Operations Manager or at least 5 years as Restaurant Manager
  • Sound knowledge of restaurant licensing and government regulations
  • Excellent communications skills with proven track record in supervising and coordinating with contractors and consultants
  • Sound knowledge of restaurant licensing and government regulations
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Good computer literacy, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese
