Our client is one of the well-established organizations with focus on lifestyle business and with sizable operations. Because of the business needs, a new position is created for the Employee Engagement Manager to join the big family!

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of HR, you will be the key person to communicate with the US team in identifying the core values of the company and brand.
• Identifying the gap of company value and the current situation/ practice and develop the effective strategies to driving the brand value.
• Leverage different departments’ resources in promoting the brand internally as well as enhancing the internal communication
• Design and organizing staff wellness and engagement activities to strengthen the company culture
• Develop internal communication materials such as newsletter, Intranet and videos in alignment with the yearly objectives
• Work on other ad-hoc HR initiatives as required

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of working experience, preferable in HR industry with focus on employee engagement
• Proactive, creative achievers are welcomed
• Excellent in statistic and analysis
• Good stakeholder's management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
