Job Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement and review the standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with the upcoming clinic licensing requirements
• Revamp the existing policies and procedures and execute the continuous improvement plan for the medical & dental clinics
• Overview the frontline workload in each clinic and allocate optimum manpower to ensure consistent and efficient services
• Lead the general practice, specialty & dental service team heads to supervise the clinical staff to ascertain adherence to proper operations workflow and ensure quality customer services
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, customers, external vendors, frontline staff and relevant internal departments for effective business operations
• Delegate and monitor work assignments and plan the work schedules of the team

Requirements

• 6 years or above operations and administrative experience in managing multiple clinics / centres with minimum 3 years’ experience in leading and supervising other supervisors
• Knowledge and experience in medical or healthcare industry a MUST
• Excellent people management with strong interpersonal, coaching and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, independent, analytical with high integrity & strong business acumen
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
