Job Description

We are looking for the following types of talents to join our growing recruitment team.

  1. Experienced recruitment consultants with track records of top billing
  2. In-house HR or professionals from any other fields with strong professional networks who want to switch to the recruitment field to increase income
  3. Fresh graduates who prefer a job that rewards for performance, but not years of service (will be considered for the post of Recruitment Researcher)

What you will get:

  • Attractive income:   Up to 50% commission split (e.g. You will make around HKD500k a year, if you achieve an annual billing of HKD1M)

What you will do:

  • Approach corporate clients to offer recruitment or staffing solutions
  • Perform 360 recruitment to fulfil clients' search assignment, either on the basis of one-off headhunting assignment (one-off billing) or as an ongoing secondment project (recurring billing)
  • Research, approach and convince suitable candidates to consider clients' openings and strive to connect both employers and candidates in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update CRM and candidate database, as well as issuing quotations and invoices on system
  • Cross-sell and promote other HR solutions offered by the Company to clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions

What you should possess:

  • 3 years of recruitment agency experience preferred
  • Can independently perform 360 recruitment cycle
  • Strong motivation to succeed, self-starter, can-do and winner attitudes
  • Can communicate and present fluently in Cantonese, English and/or Mandarin
  • Proficiency with use of social media and applications including Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Wechat, etc.
