Responsibilities: 

• Provide procurement services to customers on hardware & software license support. 
• Negotiate the price with vendors and evaluate price comparison.  
• Liaise with vendors and internal users; handles enquires on vendor quotations, billing/invoicing from vendors and internal users. 
• Prepare SOW and perform system input of vendor quotations.
• Keep track on project cost, project schedule, acceptance and resources allocation of assigned projects; 
• Prepare reports, assist in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Business Admin or related discipline with at least 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate is welcome. 
• Experience in liaising with internal and external parties is preferred. 
• Good team work with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer handling. 
• Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-tasking to meet deadline. 
• Good command of both spoken and written English. 
• Good in PC skills (MS Office). 
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
