Job Description

• Report to Executive Assistant to CEO
• All round personal secretarial support and travel arrangement for CEO and family
• Arrange household matters with domestic helpers and drivers
• Provide full support to CEO and his family.
• 5 days week / Medical Insurance / Birthday Leave

Job Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar experience
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin 
• Self-motivated, flexible scheduling, proactive and work independently with minimal supervision
