Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work closely with different department for projects, reports preparation and booking orders
• Support sales operations & administration tasks
• Prepare regular sales materials and work closely with sales team
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing project
• Enter projects into the company’s database
• Initiate job templates to enhance selling
• Responsible for system data analysis and design, system development system maintenance for Excel
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant qualification
• Responsible, aggressive, creative, self-motivated, presentable and good problem-solving skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced working environment with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented and able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint.
• Strong Excel and Photoshop skills.
• Work location in Kowloon Bay and Quarry Bay
• Immediate available is preferred
