Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
• 3-4 years working experience in human resources functions
• Familiar with recruitment cycle, preferably in sizable corporations
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Detail-minded, energetic, people-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Perform human resources functions on recruitment & selections functions
• Responsible for job ads posting, resumes screening, interview to offer logistics
• Provide support on orientation program and onboarding & off-boarding procedures
• Maintain accurate HR database & attendance record and prepare HR reports
• Participate in organizing company functions & staff activities and ad hoc duties
