Responsibilities: 

• Assist in full spectrum of HR services in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, on/off-boarding arrangement, staff relations, etc
• Consolidate staff files, personal data, leave and attendance records
• Assist in handling daily HR operations and general staff inquiries
• Assist in organizing staff activities and HR projects
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required
• Support administrative functions as required 

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder
• 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience, with experience in financial services sector is an advantage
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Proactive, mature, tactful, well-organized, detail-minded and good problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
