Responsibilities

• Assist in various corporate development / restructuring and other compliance projects
• Handle vendors’ contracts / agreements and policies review and edit
• Responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower planning, talent acquisition, training arrangement, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Responsible for updating, review and execute HR and Admin policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks to make sure in compliance to the Hong Kong regulations
• Maintain staff record and HR filing system
• Responsible for general office administration, including maintenance, procurement of office suppliers and other administrative or support functions required
• Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner
• Take up ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree with at least 3 years working experience or related disciplines
• Familiar with in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation
• Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently
• Excellent in written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
