Job Description

Our client is a multinational Banking corporation provides a full range of banking products for business and personal needs is seeking Office Manager.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and coordinate daily premises general repair and maintenance, cleaning and office facilities (lighting, air-conditioning, furniture etc).
  • To monitor and operate access control system and to supervise security guard performance.
  • To coordinate with property management office and its contractors for the maintenance of building facilities e.g. toilet cleaning, lift services, air-conditioning & fire services arrangement etc.
  • To manage and supervise Crown storage management.
  • To manage and update furniture/machine & equipment in bar-code system.
  • To assist budget and monitor all premises costs, update space and head count of each department.
  • To assist Premises Manager for office renovation works.
  • To assist office insurance management.
  • To follow any other duty assigned by Dept Head and Premises Manager.
  • To be back up of Premises Support Assistant. .

 Requirement:

  • Good communicator in writing and verbally (English)
  • May require after hours duties (e.g. building facilities maintenance arranged during non-office hours; office renovation, shuffling after office hour or during weekends and public holidays etc.)
  • Good knowledge of office facilities and security management.
  • Fluent English to communicate with non-Chinese staff.
  • Experience & knowledge of Auto-CAD and/or Visio.
  • Possess electrical license is an advantage.
  • Good at Excel, Word, and other computer systems.
