Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, HRIS, attendance record management, compensation & benefits,  performance management, employee relations, training &  development, etc
• Calculate monthly payroll, MPF and final payment and prepare payroll reports
• Responsible for maintaining and updating HR database including staff movements
• Handle daily leave applications, update staff leave records, regular reports and filing
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in sizable organization
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, ORSO and other HR related regulations
• Proactive, detail-minded coupled with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Office
• Experience in using FlexSystem is preferable
• Highly independent, a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
