Job Description

• Responsible for C&B functions including payroll, MPF & taxation, medical and leave administration;
• Provide administrative support for both office and centres
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports and analysis for departments and management review
• Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements and business goals
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

•         Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
•         At least 3 years solid experience in HR and Administration
•         Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
•         Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
•         A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
•         Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
•         Experience in fitness/ beauty or retail business is an advantage
•         Experiences in China is a plus
