• Act as a HR business partner to provide full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, staffing, performance management and C&B
• Design and implement different recruiting and staffing program in recruit and retain employees
• Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
• Administer payroll and benefits programs
• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
• Prepare and customized HR reports by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
• Handle other HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Head of People

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid HR experience in a sizable multi-national company, with mass recruitment experience will be an advantage
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
• Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail minded
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Human Resources Officer
