l   Responsible for providing full spectrum of administration and daily departmental operation issues

l   Prepare documents and correspondences, input data and compile simple statistics report

l   Update records of project information and assist in preparation of documents for project administration

l   Execute and monitor the full project administration cycle, such as casting, training, & etc.

l   Any other ad-hoc works as assigned

 Requirements:

l   Degree holder in Business Administration, Language, Communications, or related discipline

l   Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on administration and casting supervisory experience, preferably in entertainment field

l   Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

l   Independent, well-organized, attentive to details and diligent

l   Strong in problem-solving with strong sense of responsibility

l   Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Putonghua

l   Good communication and interpersonal skills

l   Candidates with less experience and lower qualifications would be considered for the position of Administration Officer

l   Immediate availability would be a definite advantage
