- Follow-up the recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding
- Identify recruitment needs by actively reaching employers
- Achieve assigned business target
Requirements
- Post-secondary education level with at least 1-year working experience
- Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not a must
- Strong desire in being success with strong mentality
