Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to Management
  • Assist in all kinds of projects, travel arrangement & business events
  • Coordinate projects assigned by management
  • Compile different reports & proposals
  • Support other ad-hoc projects and duties

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in human resources & office administration
  • University education
  • Working experience in small-sized advertising agencies or production houses is a plus
  • Well-organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is a plus
