Major Responsibilities: 

To assists in performing a wide range of office administration duties including procedure and policy formulation, e.g. handling incoming calls, answering enquiries, documents filling and courier arrangement.

• Data entry and file checking for quarterly and yearly report

• Responsible for the preparation of sales order processing, including of order checking, broadcasting period for advertising

• Handle an artwork of advertising as per customers’ request

• Handle in ad hoc duties as assigned

   

Requirements:

• Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin is necessary

• Excellent and practical computer skills expected

• Detail – oriented and well – organized, skilled in management reporting

• Able to work independently and multi-tasks

• Good communication skill is must

• Immediately available is highly preferred
