Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment process including job descriptions preparing, job posting, screening CVs, interview arrangement, conduct interview and making recommendations to hiring manager
• Conduct market research related to recruitment
• Support in updating internal reports, records and documents
• Assist in preparing analyze reports for management review, headcount budgeting and planning
• Assist on orientation and on-boarding procedures
• Organize staff relations activities, company functions and events
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned  

Requirements: 

• At least 1-year's solid experiences in recruitment;
• Responsible, detail-minded, well organized and positive working attitude;
• good interpersonal skills and excellent telephone etiquette;
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word processing is a MUST
• Good command in both Cantonese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
