Job Description
We are looking for a Researcher to join our close knit team in building a hyper-growth desk; the desk sits in a high performing team with an established network, a diverse client base and significant yet growing market share in Hong Kong.

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Create long list of candidates by researching LinkedIn and our database
- Collaboratively consulting with clients on trends, workflow and the market
- Establish and grow long term relationships with valued clients
- Involve in business development, develop new business by conducting cold calling and networking
- Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
- Candidate and client care activities with strong business acumen with the ability to acquire new clients
