Responsibilities

• Support C & B team in HR functions, mainly focus on payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax returns, medical administration, attendance system etc.;
• Provide HR day-to-day administration support and professional HR advices and services to branches;
• Manage and enhance HRIS and attendance system;
• Review shop manpower & salary structure periodically;
• Provide other administrative duties including data entry, filing, employee hotlines and logistics support for other HR activities;
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 2 year HR experience, C&B support team is preferable;
• More experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer;
• Initiative, cheerful, patient and detail minded;
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice;
• High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing.
