My client is looking for an Admin Assistant. The Firm is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, institutional securities, investment management and wealth management services. With offices across the globe, the Firm’s employees serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments, institutions and individuals.

Your new role
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities included:

• Supporting people within Sales and Marketing activities 
• Providing admin support including client & internal meeting schedule, phone answering, restaurant booking, book conference rooms as well as make appointments. 

Requirements:

• Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Effective verbal and written communication and comprehension skills 
• Strong time management skills and establish prioritization in work
• Able to obtain information in a timely manner
• Able to work under flexible and dynamic organization.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 
• Follows well defined procedures and practices.
