• Provide secretarial support to Japanese Expatriates of Management Team
• Coordinate all administrative works with local employees and Japanese Expatriates from oversea countries / companies
• Provide support to the team in policies and procedures management
• Responsible for company-wide occasional events such as CSR activities, annual dinner, etc.
• Support company's new business initiatives, such as e-commerce advertising, promotion and operation, etc.
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by Management Team
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 3 years’ or above secretarial/ administrative support experience gained from sizable Japanese company
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and Japanese (JLPT N1)
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and able to work with different levels of employees
• Well-organized, self-initiative and responsible
