Your New Role

• Create system package data with MS EXCEL for service order issuance process
• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team
• Prepare weekly report and to ensure the data are accurately captured from related systems
• Coordinate with internal parties for sales order preparation, issuance, inquiries, and documentation work follow up
• Follow up daily sales order and outstanding order
• Ensure proper filing of all important documents/sign-off records
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

  What makes you succeed

• MS EXCEL skill is required, with proficiency in normal PC knowledge & MS Office
• Minimum 1 years of solid I.T. Support, Sales Support, or Administrative role experience
• Diploma or above
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (daily email handling in English)
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, and well organized
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
