Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR services including Recruitment, Compensation and benefits , Training & development and Performance management as well as other HR projects
- Review and implement HR policies, programs & procedures
- Work closely with Senior Manager for staff development , retention strategy and HR issues
- Plan, develop and execute orientation program, training & development strategies for different level of staff, especially retail operations team
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
- 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Pragmatic, meticulous with positive mindset as well as high sense of responsibility & passion for excellence
- Proactive, hands-on & fast-paced with strong analytical, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- More experience will be considered as Sr. Human Resources Officer
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer /Human Resources Assistant
- Immediate availability is preferred.
