Job Description
Our client is one of the well-established and growing insurance brokerage / trust / wealth solutions company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a high-calibre team member to support the HR function.
Job Description:
- Maintain and update people related record in respective HR reports
- Generate organizational charts / tables / forms by gathering and presenting people data & statistics - to provide insight for senior management
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, business partnering, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc. and meet the business needs of the company
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and clerical skills
- Proficiency in PC software, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Word Processing
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
- Immediate available is preferred
