Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing full spectrum of administrative support and daily departmental operation
• Assist in preparation of documents and correspondences for different projects
• Input data, update records and compile simple statistics report
• Execute and monitor the full project cycle including casting and training, etc.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Language, Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience of administration and casting supervisory, preferably in entertainment field
• Independent, well-organized, attentive to details and diligent
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience and lower qualifications will be considered as Administration Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
