Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of administration functions including office supplies administration, company facilities and equipment maintenance, office decoration and etc.
- Assist in receptionist duties, such as ticket and hotel reservation, courier and mailing services management, etc.
- Assist in organizing staff activities and events
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
- DSE (or A-Level) or above
- 1-2 years’ experience in office administration is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Good command of English & Chinese language skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing and good email writing skill in English
- Courteous, proactive, good communication and willing to learn
- Holder of valid driving license classes 1 and/or 2
- Immediate available is preferred
