Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounder HR & general office administrative support including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, taxation, vendor management, office maintenance, etc.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from drafting the JDs to on & off-boarding arrangements.
• On-going review and formulation of HR policies & procedures especially for the F&B industry.
• Assist in preparing letters, forms, data entry, filing, etc.
• Manage the staff attendance, leave records, and respond to staff inquiries.
• Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for management monitoring, review, and decision-making.
• Handle & update leasing administration, tenancy agreement, and liquor licenses.
• Assist in implementing restaurant SOP.
• Outdoor duties such as a bank, post office, government offices, etc
• Organize company & external events and activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.                                

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications in Human Resources Management or Business-related discipline with minimum 3 years of hands-on F&B experience a must.
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the HR system. 
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR-related statutory legislations, HK Taxation, MPF regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (both oral and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Possess a high professional standard of integrity and confidentiality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with staff at all levels.
• Good teamwork player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail/deadlines and capable to work under pressure.
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
