• Implement Human Resources strategies by establishing department account abilities, including talent acquisition, staffing retention, employment compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development and labor relations etc
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Enhance organizations' experiences to ensure a successful and lasting transformation for employees and deliver sustainable results
• Liaise directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function as well as providing strategic counsel on staffing matters
• Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources related issues
• Working closely with top management, department lead, line managers by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications Initiate, oversee and coordinate updating human resource software systems
• Manage HR data analysis and prepare HR reports for management group and Head Quarter
• Direct Report to General Manager, coach & mentor the new Joiners
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 8 years of solid experience in human resources & general affairs function roles  with at least 3 years in managerial or supervisory position
• HR &  Admin manager role experiences in MNC, sizable companies, reputable SME are highly preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinances and MPF regulations
• Proficiency of written and spoken Chinese & English
• Detail-minded, organized and down-to-earth with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferable
