Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines is an advantage
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of general office administration
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel

Responsibilities / Skills:

• Handle full spectrum of office administrative and human resources support
• Assists on HR functions including the processing of staff recruitment, compensation & benefits
• Responsible for handling office administration including equipment maintenance & procurement of office supplies, document filing and memo writing
• Maintain good records and personal data, leave records, attendance, etc.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing 

Character:

• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Punctual, organized and disciplined
• Communicates and collaborates with people, inside and outside of the Studio
• Ability to work independently and meet with deadlines

Candidate with more experience would be considered for the Administrative Assistant position.
