Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •          General admin. support duties
  •          Maintain staff records and HR database 
  •          Provide assistance to Sales Team of document preparation
  •          Working hours: 9:30-18:00 

REQUIREMENTS:

  •        2 years’ experience
  •        Good command of both written English and Chinese
  •        Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  •        Independent, mature and initiative
