Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General admin. support duties
- Maintain staff records and HR database
- Provide assistance to Sales Team of document preparation
- Working hours: 9:30-18:00
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years’ experience
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, mature and initiative
