Our client is a listed logistic company with regional offices. It is currently looking for a Key Account Specialist in Hong Kong office to cope with the expanding business plan, which mainly focus in eCommerce field.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and provide customer support to assigned major accounts for business development 
• Respond to enquiries from clients about export service products in a professional manner
• Preserve a high standard of efficiency on the online inquiry 
• Perform the operation excellence on all customer inquiries and reviews platforms
• Follow up with operations about orders, delays & receiving
• Maintain a sustainable operation performance by drawing user insights from user feedback

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• 3-5 years of account servicing / operation experience, logistic field is preferred
• Self-motivating, flexible and can-do attitude 
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure
