Job Description
- Working closely with the People Leadership Team to support the design and delivery of the PwC China People Strategy
- Coordinating and overseeing the status and impact of key initiatives and projects across the People Organisation
- Developing dashboards that capture performance and key metrics of people-related activities leveraging data and analytics
- Leadership and executive meeting management including preparing and coordinating agenda as well as monitoring meeting outcomes
- Preparing executive presentations, including research of information, data and insights for management reporting
- Drafting and reviewing firmwide communications, developing key messages and talking points for senior leaders on people-related matters
- Preparing information and developing contents for thought leadership and social media articles
- Coordinating and implementing firmwide people engagement briefings and sessions
- Other leadership support and agile project management, where required
- At least 3 years of HR experience.
- Experience in a sizable multinational organisation preferred.
- Degree background in Business/ Psychology / HR / Communications preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to deal with a number of projects at the same time.
- Self-starter who can work with autonomy and agility.
- Has a wider strategic interest in the firm and the marketplace in which we operate.
- Has the ability to connect facts to understand the wider picture.
- Has a pragmatic and objective approach to problem-solving.
- Highly flexible and able to perform under pressure.
- Experience with meeting and project management is preferred.
- Research, data analytics, visualisation and Business Intelligence skills will be beneficial.
