Job Responsibilities:       

• Responsible corporate development & all-rounded support to GM
• Strong coordination, communication and detailed oriented
• Support business or related project analysis & prepare presentation with good writing skills in English and Chinese
• Provide administrative support and meetings arrangements
• Support CSR or ESG tasks
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience  
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, willing to learn & go extra-mile type with strong work ethics & morals
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, organize and ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management 
• Excellent in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate has higher experience maybe considered in higher position as executive secretary
