Job Description
Our client is a reputable and strong market player in the Hygiene, Cleaning, Purification and Water Treatment industry. They are looking for a seasoned and experienced candidate to support their group remuneration & benefits strategies.
Job Description:
- Manage C&B operations and projects in Hong Kong & Macau, including but not limited to payroll, design of sales incentive plans, benefits administration and HRIS maintenance
- Provide professional C&B advice to HR Team and other team heads
- Act as the key contact person and bridge between regional and local C&B team – in implementation of global C&B programs to local markets
- Support recruitment, employee engagement activities and training & development whenever necessary (20-30% of time)
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 6+ years of experience as C&B role in regional C&B team / multi-national companies is preferred
- Knowledge in Workday system is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong team player and fast learner
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
