Job Description
To cope with recent business development, we are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful, pleasant & helpful personality, while willing to learn and with "Can-do" attitude.
Major Responsibilities:
- Greeting and announcing clients and visitors
- Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail as well as providing administrative support to the HR & Admin Department
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangement
- Preparing staff attendance record; handle inventory control, maintenance of office supplies and equipment; coordinate overall environmental cleanliness of the office
- Assisting in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of solid relevant working experience
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skill is essential
- Pleasant, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, adaptive, willing to learn and take on responsibilities with positive working attitude
- Proficient in MS Office; proficiency in Chinese word processing is an advantage not a must
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
Office will be moved to Lai Chi Kok in late 2022
