Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversees full spectrum of day-to-day regional HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, C&B, employee relations, staff retention and performance management
  • Implementation and maintenance of HRIS
  • Leading staff relations event and program
  • Support internal HR systems and in-house HR projects
  • Regional insurance management
  • Review and update the company HR policy and procedures to ensure compliance with Labour Ordinance
  • Provide HR strategies and recommendations
  • Lead and coach the HR team with guidance
  • Participate in any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
  • Positive attitude, proactive, fast paced and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HRIS systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
