• To provide account servicing to assigned individual/group advertisers and exhibitors of online fairs in order to maintain high level customer satisfaction;
• To coordinate with clients to produce advertisements, direct mails, collateral and other supportive materials, and ensure the deliverables are prepared timely and of good quality;
• To understand the needs and resolve enquiries from clients, and provide customer reports and recommendations;
• To conduct after sales clients survey and database research to provide support on cross-team projects and new sales initiatives; and
• To work with other teams to support ad hoc projects as assigned including assistance for on-site operations during fair period

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years’ solid sales/customer service experience preferably in event management, or sales and marketing
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluent Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
• Capable to work as a team to deliver quality work within a tight timeframe and limited resources
• Able to work under pressure to meet sales targets
• Mature, articulate, independent, and attentive to details
