About the company and position:

Opened in Nov 2019, L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, School of Jewelry Arts supported by Van Cleef & Arpels, is the first permanent overseas campus outside of Paris, located at K11 MUSEA, the new landmark in the heart of the Victoria Dockside art and cultural district.

The mission of L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific is to share and promote jewelry culture to general public by offering the courses under three main themes of Savoir-Faire (craftsmanship), Art History of Jewelry and The Universe of Gemstones with other activities including Workshops for Young People, Evening Conversations and Exhibition

To keep the school in the best condition to welcome the students and visitors and to streamline the school daily operations & strengthen on-site experience in line with Maison standard, L’ÉCOLE Asia Pacific is seeking the Tea Lady to support the team for school daily cleaning, sanitization & tidiness

Key Missions

-          Daily school cleaning

•          Monitor the external cleaning team every morning
•          Clean and tidy the classroom and go back to the normal set up after class together with operations assistant
•          Wash the materials and tools for some class like Gouache (drawing courses)
•          Follow school disinfection, carpet cleaning, AC cleaning and pest control by regular basis
•          Sanitize the exhibition show case and tool
•          Empty the dehumidifier
•          Provide tea service to the VIP, clients, visitors as well as the team

-          Catering order & service

•          Brief and monitor the external catering team to align the LECOLE standards for different events and class catering
•          Provide the catering service to the students and visitors with a high-level service if necessary 

-          Pantry & Terrace

•          Keep pantry in the good condition
•          Empty the trash bin every night before closure
•          Wash the glasses and cups
•          Replenish the pantry suppliers like tissue paper, coffee capsule, tea bag ….
•          Water the plants on the terrace

Qualification

•          At least 2 years cleaning working experience in the background of hospitality or retail
•          Multilingual communicator both verbal and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese); fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
•          Presentable, enthusiastic, confident, organized, and able to work independently with proactivity autonomy, entrepreneurship
•          Team player with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
•          Able to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary
•          Client facing attitude with detail focus
